Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the pku9 platform. This document sets out the legal agreement between you and pku9.

These terms and conditions are effective from 1 January 2026. Continued use of the platform means you agree to these terms.

01 General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between pku9 ("we", "us", "platform") and each person ("you", "user") who uses the pku9.cam website. pku9 is an online gaming platform that provides slots, casino games, cricket betting and other gaming services for players in Bangladesh.

By accessing our website, registering, or using any service, you confirm that you have fully read, understood and agreed to these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our platform.

Important: These terms have been prepared in English. In the event of any dispute over interpretation, the English version shall be considered final.

pku9 reserves the right to change these terms at any time without prior notice. Updated terms will take effect as soon as they are published on the website. Your continued use indicates your acceptance of the revised terms.

02 Account Registration and Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

To open an account and play on the pku9 platform, you must be at least 21 years old. We provide services only to those aged 21 or above. Accounts belonging to underage users will be closed immediately and the associated balance may be forfeited.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each person may register only one account. If a single person is found to hold multiple accounts, all of them will be suspended or closed and any bonuses will be forfeited.

2.3 Registration Requirements

  • You must provide accurate and up-to-date personal information.
  • You may be required to submit an identity document or other paperwork to verify your identity.
  • Opening an account with false information is a violation of these terms and may result in account closure.
  • If your registered details change, you must notify our support team immediately.
21+ Age Requirement: This service is for those aged 21 and above only. By creating an account you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

03 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your pku9 account username and password completely confidential. You are fully responsible for all activity carried out through your account.

  • Never share your login details with any third party.
  • Use a strong and unique password.
  • If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact our 24/7 live chat immediately.
  • Always log out after using your account, especially on shared devices.
  • pku9 will never ask for your password by email or chat.

If a user cannot prove that unauthorized access occurred without any fault on their part, all transactions carried out through that account will be considered valid.

04 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Rules

You can deposit funds to pku9 using Bangladesh's main mobile banking services — bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 (five hundred taka). Deposited funds are generally credited to the account instantly.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 (one thousand taka). Withdrawal requests generally take 15 minutes to 2 hours to process. Withdrawals must be made through the same method you used to deposit funds.

  • Identity verification (KYC) may need to be completed before a withdrawal.
  • If there is an active bonus, you cannot withdraw before meeting the wagering requirements.
  • In cases of suspicious transactions, pku9 reserves the right to hold a withdrawal pending verification.
  • Transferring a balance to another account or withdrawing to a third party is strictly prohibited.

4.3 Currency

All transactions are carried out in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Transactions in foreign currencies are not supported.

05 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

pku9 offers various bonuses and promotional offers for new and existing players. Each bonus is given subject to specific conditions, and compliance with those conditions is mandatory.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 15x (fifteen times). This means you must wager fifteen times the combined total of the deposit and bonus before withdrawing the bonus funds.

Example: If you deposit ৳1,000 you will receive ৳1,000 as a bonus. Before withdrawing, you must wager a total of ৳2,000 × 15 = ৳30,000.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

  • Each bonus applies to one account only, per household and per IP address.
  • After claiming a bonus, the wagering requirements must be met within a specified time limit.
  • The maximum bet from a bonus balance must remain within a set limit.
  • The contribution of certain games played with bonus funds toward wagering requirements may vary.
  • If bonus abuse is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
  • pku9 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

5.3 VIP Program

The pku9 VIP program has four tiers. Regular and active gaming is required to advance to a higher tier:

  • Bronze: Weekly cashback of up to 0.4%.
  • Silver: Weekly cashback of up to 0.8%.
  • Gold: Weekly cashback of up to 1.1%.
  • Platinum: Weekly cashback of up to 1.5%.

The detailed rules governing VIP membership, cashback calculation and benefits are determined by pku9 and are subject to change.

06 Gaming Rules

All games available on pku9 — slots, live casino, cricket betting, Ludo, Limbo and others — operate under specific rules. The rules for each game can be found within that game's interface.

  • The outcome of all games is determined by a secure random number generator (RNG).
  • If a game result is affected by a technical fault, that round will be considered void.
  • If a game session is interrupted midway, the game state will be restored upon reconnection.
  • The option to set gaming limits is available in the responsible gaming settings.
  • pku9 reserves the right to update, maintain or remove any game at any time.

6.1 Cricket Betting

pku9 offers betting on BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments and other international cricket matches. Betting markets and odds may change before a match starts and during a live match. Results will be determined in accordance with the official announcement of the relevant cricket board.

07 Prohibited Activities

Any of the activities described below are strictly prohibited and will be treated as a violation of these terms. Such violations will result in immediate account closure and the balance may be forfeited:

  • Creating or operating multiple accounts.
  • Registering an account using a false identity or false information.
  • Using an account with the intent to abuse bonuses.
  • Attempting to manipulate or hack game outcomes.
  • Playing games using automated bots or software.
  • Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activity.
  • Attempting to access other users' accounts.
  • Conducting cyber attacks against the platform.
  • Betting on behalf of or with the funds of a third party.
Warning: pku9 uses advanced security measures to detect suspicious activity. Any unusual activity will be reported automatically and the account may be reviewed.

08 Responsible Gaming

pku9 believes that gaming should be a form of entertainment, not a cause of financial problems. We ask all our players to game responsibly.

  • Only wager money that you can afford to lose.
  • Do not treat gaming as a source of income.
  • Avoid placing further bets to recover losses.
  • If needed, set a weekly or monthly spending limit with us.
  • If you feel that gaming is getting out of your control, please contact support.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the pku9 website — logos, designs, graphics, text, software, databases and other elements — is the property of pku9 or its licensors and is protected by international intellectual property law.

  • Copying, distributing or commercially using any content without written permission from pku9 is prohibited.
  • Saving page content for personal and non-commercial purposes is permitted.
  • Content from third-party game providers is governed by their respective intellectual property policies.

11 Limitation of Liability

The pku9 platform is provided on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee an uninterrupted or continuous service.

  • pku9 is not liable for any loss caused by internet connection issues, device failure or other external factors.
  • Service may be temporarily unavailable during maintenance or upgrades.
  • pku9 is not responsible for failures of third-party software or services.
  • pku9's maximum liability shall in no case exceed the account balance of the relevant user.
Restrictions: Some legal jurisdictions do not allow certain types of liability limitations. In such cases, applicable local law will take precedence.

12 Terms Amendment & Termination

12.1 Amendment of Terms

pku9 reserves the right to modify, revise, or update any part of these terms at any time. Amended terms will take effect upon publication on the website. For significant changes, we will endeavour to notify users via email or a notification on the platform.

12.2 Account Termination

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Any available balance at the time of closure (excluding bonuses) will be returned, subject to all wagering requirements and other conditions being met.

12.3 Termination by pku9

pku9 may immediately close any account in the following circumstances:

  • If the terms are violated.
  • If fraudulent or deceptive activity is detected.
  • If registration was completed using false information.
  • If required for legal or regulatory reasons.

12.4 Applicable Law

The interpretation and application of these terms will follow general international gaming principles and applicable laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes will first be addressed through negotiation.
